Hindsight Report for the Third of April, 2006

The day may have started out well for the Dow, but it couldn't hold on. Many stocks were in fact very weak. The stocks below however, were not.

SUF
SulphCo Inc 6.07% --I've been stung by this stock before but it is still on my watchlist (see previous post)
RNWK RealNetworks Inc 5.82% --This Seattle based company has been competing well with Itunes
CBOU Caribou Coffee Company Inc 3.84% --Midwest coffee chain clawing back to its IPO levels
BBD Banco Bradesco SA Pfd ADS 3.31% --Brazilian bank recovering a little after a drop from its all time high
AQR.U Acquicor Technology Inc Unit 3.05% --this SPAC (see previous SPAC post) is managed by some ex-Apple execs. They have $150 million that must be used to purchase a tech company in the next 18 months or the money will all be returned to shareholders.
CMG Chipotle Mexican Grill Inc 2.87% --Chipotle makes an all time high today
POOL SCP Pool 2.77% --Pool is a great company and a baby-boomer play.
AMTD TD Ameritrade Holding Corp 2.73% --Ameritrade is up over 15% on the year
ITRN Ituran Location & Control Ltd 2.64% --uses GPS and RFID to track stolen vehicles with current markets in the US, South America, and Israel. Needs to break out of declining tops before a purchase.
NWRE Neoware Inc 2.63% --Internet software company with an all time high close today
JVA Coffee Holding Co 2.46% --This is a coffee wholesaler/distributer. I think it is at risk to world coffee prices
LRW Labor Ready 2.38% --A local company from Tacoma WA. Stock made a nice move off of convergence of 21 and 50 day moving averages.
NGS Natural Gas Svcs Grp 2.35% --I don't like to trade the volatile energy stocks, but I did fairly successfully in August last year.
EWW iShares MSCI Mexico(Free)Index 2.09% --ETF close to all time high. Seems that Mexico still has some steam
LBTYA Liberty Global Inc Cl A 2.05% --Very disappointing cable company but it is selling some of its low growth subsidiaries and investing in higher growth parts of Eastern Europe
GILD Gilead Sciences 2.04% --Great portfolio of HIV, bird flu, and other drugs
AMX America Movil'L'ADS 2.01% --This Mexican cellular phone company purchased Verizon's market share in Venezuela, Puerto Rico, and the Dominican Republic
